There are different processing times for different orders. You can see more details as followings:

• Standard Order: It will take 3-5 business days to produce wigs and hair extensions.

• Lace Front Wigs Order: It will take 5-7 business days to produce your wigs.

• Monofilament Wigs Order: It will take 10-13 business days to produce your wigs.

• Full Lace Wigs Order: It will take 7-10 business days to produce your wigs.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of the fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, and once the wig start to produce means the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows.

1.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.

2.Orders canceled after 24 hours, sorry to say that we will charge 40% of the payment as the material fee for the manufacturer.

3.Orders canceled after we have posted to you, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the payment for the material fee and the postage.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. Any problems after you receive the wig, please contact us by live chat or email within 7 days of receipt. Please send us some photos of the item to state your problems first. If it is our problems, we will take responsibility for it and return the money back to you. Please note that all items should be returned in its original package within 30 days for receipt.

How to Put Your Wig On

• 1) Find the front and the back of wig (the label goes in back).
• 2) Brush your own hair back; securing longer pieces with a hair pin and place a wig cap over your head (keeps the wig securely in place.)
• 3) Grasp the wig at the top and slip it over your head from your natural hairline to the natural hairline in the back.
• 4) The wig should feel secure but no too tight. You can adjust your wig for a secure, comfortable fit.
• 5) Style as you would your own hair. The small tabs in the front of the ears can be adjusted to hold the wig close to the face. Be gentle with the hair.

Cleaning the Synthetic Wigs

Synthetic wig is less expensive than human hair and is durable. Traditional curling irons, blow dryers and hot rollers CANNOT be used on synthetic hair fiber.

  Detangle Gently remove tangles using a wide tooth comb, working gradually from the ends to the base.
• 
  Wash submerges your wig in cool water. Mix in a small amount of Shampoo for synthetic hair. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
• 
  Rinse Rinse with cool water to remove shampoo. Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Do not rub or wring.
• 
  Dry & condition Dry & condition Place on a folding wig stand, spray with a Leave-in Conditioner, and allow to air dry. DO NOT WRING OR SQUEEZE.

Styling the Hair

Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products. For curly wigs, use a pick or comb to loosen fibers, but do not pull on the hair.

Storing the Hair

When not in use, always put your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. Suggested for cleaning is after 10 to 14 days of wear.
It is best to store the human hair in its original container. Or you can store the hair in a plastic bag.
