Why Capless?
A capless wig is very similar to the standard cap design. However, instead of the closed lace layer at the crown, it has vertical lace strips with open spaces between the wefts. The open-wefting in the crown, back, and sides allows for maximum ventilation. This makes the cap lighter weight and cooler than a standard cap. Although we have provided the wigs colour chart for your reference, it's still a little hard to figure out a perfect match to your own hair colour just by judging the picture on screen. We suggest you to pick the colour which you think will be a close match (either slightly light or dark) and try blending it with your own hair. This will give a more natural look, a unique variation and more depth and dimension to your own hair.<p>
Due to the differences of computer display, the item colour may be a little different from the picture, but we promise it is not the quality issue.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy is built on the basis of the fairness between customers and suppliers. Moreover, it is important to note that our wigs are custom made, and once the wig start to produce means the materials cannot be used again. We offer the cancellation instruction as follows.
1.Orders canceled within 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a full refund.
2.Orders canceled after 24 hours, sorry to say that we will charge 40% of the payment as the material fee for the manufacturer.
3.Orders canceled after we have posted to you, sorry to say that we will charge 50% of the payment for the material fee and the postage.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is the most important thing to us. Any problems after you receive the wig, please contact us by live chat or email within 7 days of receipt. Please send us some photos of the item to state your problems first. If it is our problems, we will take responsibility for it and return the money back to you. Please note that all items should be returned in its original package within 30 days for receipt.

How to wear a 3/4 wig or half wig
3/4 wigs or half wigs are a simple way to add volume, length or a specific style to your hair in just minutes.
1)Either make a ponytail at the back of your head for short hair, or at the top of your head if you have longer hair or simply pull your hair back, but don't tie it up - if it is volume that you are after.
2) align the flexi-comb at the top of your head, and slide the comb firmly against your scalp. For added security you can also secure the lower flexi-comb at the nape of your neck, by sliding it upwards.
3) You can cover the seam of the 3/4 wig with a headband or you can style your own hair over the seam with or without a fringe.
Cleaning the Synthetic Wigs
Synthetic wig is less expensive than human hair and is durable. Traditional curling irons, blow dryers and hot rollers CANNOT be used on synthetic hair fiber.
Detangle Gently remove tangles using a wide tooth comb, working gradually from the ends to the base.
Wash submerges your wig in cool water. Mix in a small amount of Shampoo for synthetic hair. Soak your wig for 3-5 minutes. Gently swirl without rubbing.
Rinse Rinse with cool water to remove shampoo. Gently press with a towel to remove excess water. Do not rub or wring.
Dry & condition Dry & condition Place on a folding wig stand, spray with a Leave-in Conditioner, and allow to air dry. DO NOT WRING OR SQUEEZE.
Use your fingers or a wide tooth comb to style your synthetic wig. Define layers with Synthetic-Safe styling products. For curly wigs, use a pick or comb to loosen fibers, but do not pull on the hair.
When not in use, always put your wig on a mannequin or wig stand to maintain its shape. Frequency of cleaning will depend on your environment, lifestyle and amount of perspiration. Suggested for cleaning is after 10 to 14 days of wear.
It is best to store the human hair in its original container. Or you can store the hair in a plastic bag.
